With the launch of the better, faster, and more effective CauseVox 2.0, we’re excited to offer a new set of pricing and plans to start on April 22, 2013.
Updated Standard “Pay-as-you-go” Plans
Our current pricing is a buffet — you pay one price and get all of our features. Unfortunately, some users end up paying for features they don’t use.
We’re changing our pricing to accommodate the different feature sets our users look for by breaking out two separate tiers in our standard plans.
The standard “pay-as-you-go” plans now have two tiers — Starter and Impact. The highlight: our transaction fees are as low as 2.5% (for a limited time) — half of our current rates!
The Starter Plan is great for intro users looking to launch a donation page or crowdfunding campaign.
The Impact Plan is great for pro users looking to launch a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign and those that want all the capabilities that CauseVox 2.0 offers.
We’re also bumping up our trial limit to $5000 from $3000. You won’t have to pay any monthly fees until you hit this point.
Note: Credit card fees are not included in these updated rates.
New Flat Rate “Prepaid” Plans
Our current pricing isn’t friendly to those that are wildly successful on CauseVox either; the transaction fees add up a lot!
We are also formally publishing our very popular prepaid Flat Rate Plans so that the more you raise, the less you’ll pay.
The prepaid Flat Rate Plans are great for those looking for a full-featured CauseVox and can commit to an annual license. We give you steeply discounted transaction fees — as low as 1.5%, based on your donation volume.

Pricing Transition
For existing customers under our current standard plans, we will grandfather your old plan over until May 6th or you can make the switch earlier by logging into your CauseVox admin and selecting one of our new plans.
All new accounts starting on April 22th will automatically be set to our new plans.
