Platform
CauseVox offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to use it for individual campaigns or as a year-round fundraising platform. Unlike other platforms, CauseVox provides extensive customization options for both donation and ticketing forms. You can deeply tailor your fundraising sites for any event, campaign, or peer-to-peer fundraising effort.
Our robust CRM and reporting tools enable you to nurture and manage donor relationships seamlessly, without the need for complex queries or data integration. With CauseVox, you can oversee your fundraising from start to finish with ease and efficiency.

Yes, if you're outside of the US, you can still use CauseVox! The only limitation is your donation processing options.
We integrate with Stripe and PayPal to process your transactions. Stripe accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfers, while PayPal accepts PayPal and Venmo balances for U.S. accounts.

CauseVox integrates with over 6000 popular apps via Zapier, including Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and more. This simplifies donor updates, fundraiser communication, attendee outreach, and campaign management. We assist with seamless integration setup for accurate data transfer. While the CauseVox template is only available in English at this time, you're able to customize any editable content, button and heading areas on the site to any language (and currency) you need. This includes any media, logos, donation, ticketing and peer-to-peer sign up buttons, blog posts, and text boxes.
Pricing
You can run unlimited fundraising on our free plan, or if you’re interested in enhanced functionality, priority service and onboarding, we offer a Premier plan. Premier plans start at $200/month and are available with both month-to-month and annual subscriptions. To get started or for more information, check out our pricing page.
We operate on a tip basis. By allowing your donors to leave an optional tip to CauseVox, we can offer our platform with a 0% platform fee.
Donations through CauseVox are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Credit and debit card processor fees vary and are 2.2 to 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (discount for nonprofits available). ACH processing fees are 0.8% with a $5 cap. Venmo has no processing fees for sending money using a debit card, bank balance or Venmo balance, and has a 3% fee for any credit card transactions.
Yes, of course! We have an optional Donation Tipping feature that allows donors to cover your transaction fees. Around 75% of donors use it.
Raising funds on CauseVox can be 100% free when you enable the CauseVox Tip and ask donors if they’d like to cover processing fees.
Any applicable CauseVox platform fee and the processor fees are charged as the donation occurs. Those providers take out the applicable fees directly from your donation and deposit the net balance into your Stripe/PayPal account.
You can cancel our services at any time if you are on one of our monthly plans. If you wish to cancel or suspend your account, you can email support@causevox.com.
If for some reason you wish to stop using CauseVox, you can email support@causevox.com to cancel your account and request a refund. There are no refunds after 14 days from purchase. After 14 days, a credit can be applied to your account for future use.
We’re happy to review your RFP to see if CauseVox would be a fit for your needs. You can send your RFPs to support@causevox.com.

On the login screen, select the “Forgot your password?” link below the login/password field to reset your password. Remember to check your spam and trash folders for the reset email.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. After 10 failed login attempts there will be a temporary lock-out of your account. Email us at support@causevox.com for any additional questions.
To get started creating your first campaign, view our support article. Our robust support center is equipped to answer most questions you may have. If you have additional questions, feel free to email us at support@causevox.com.
Premier users can also schedule onboarding calls to set up their campaign with our support team. To learn more about priority service and onboarding on Premier, schedule a demo with a member of our team.
You can send us a CSV file with your existing recurring donor information and we’ll facilitate migrating them to CauseVox without interrupting their donations. This is possible as long as the donors are Customers in your Stripe account and have a saved Payment Method (credit card or ACH) attached to their profile. You can easily launch your fundraising site online or take it offline at any time. Just go to your site settings and enable the fundraising site, donation form, and/or ticketing form. To learn how to enable or disable your sites and forms, view our support article.
Recurring and pledge donors can use the secure link located at the bottom of each donation or installment receipt and login to their portal to update gift and payment details. As CauseVox admin, you can also update recurring gift payment details for your donors through the Manage tab.

Through your Manage tab, you can add offline donations, or import historical contact and donation data.
You can adjust the donation tipping amount through the campaign’s donation form settings. To learn how to set up donation tipping, view our support article.
Within your CauseVox admin account, you can connect a unique Stripe and PayPal account per campaign through the campaign’s payment processing settings. To learn how to connect your Stripe and/or PayPal account, view our support article.
